4. Cancellations and rescheduling

- ClicknC4pture reserves the right to reschedule due to illness, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances
- In such cases, an alternative date will be offered
5. Delivery of work
- Delivery times for photos, videos, or content will be agreed per project
- Editing time may vary depending on workload and project size
- Rush delivery may be available upon request (additional fees may apply)
6. Image usage and copyright
- All images and content created by ClicknC4pture remain the copyright of ClicknC4pture unless otherwise agreed in writing
- Clients receive a licence to use final images for personal or business use as agreed
- Clients may not resell, redistribute, or alter images for commercial use without permission
7. Portfolio and marketing use
ClicknC4pture may use selected images and content for portfolio, website, and social media marketing purposes.
Where appropriate, client consent will be requested. Clients may request that images are not used publicly at the time of booking.
8. Client responsibilities
Clients agree to:
- Provide accurate information when booking
- Be present and ready at agreed times (for shoots)
- Ensure locations are accessible and safe
- Obtain permission for any private venues or restricted locations
ClicknC4pture is not responsible for delays caused by client lateness or missing information.
9. Revisions and edits
- Minor edits may be included depending on the package agreed
- Additional edits or changes outside the agreed scope may incur extra charges
- Final edited work is considered complete once delivered unless otherwise agreed
10. Liability
ClicknC4pture will take all reasonable care when providing services.
However, we are not liable for:
- Indirect or consequential loss
- Loss caused by technical failure, weather, or circumstances beyond our control
- Client misuse of delivered content
11. Force majeure
ClicknC4pture is not responsible for failure to deliver services due to events outside reasonable control, including illness, accidents, extreme weather, equipment failure, or emergencies.

All personal data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and UK GDPR regulations.
